I had a coupon for Linens n Things for 20off one item, and I thought I would get some of the K-cup coffee on the way home yesterday. I had heard that the company is going bust, and when I got to a nearby intersection, there were guys out on the street with those big signs, "Going out of buisness". So the parking lot was full and when I was walking through the door, the sign on it said no coupons (and so on) accepted. So much for my 20 savings. The sale price through out the store was generally 10 off, so I did save a dollar and I got a new pillow that I needed. But had I been a day earlier, I could have saved $2.� Oh well. Early bird and all. There really isnapos;t much in the store I need or want, a few do dads, but generally I donapos;t shop there but once a year. Not surprised they are going under. Bed Bath and Beyond should be next. I can get most of the same stuff for less at Kohls.
